Rail Strikes

Rail Strike S1

Upcoming strikes

Please Note: Refunds for journeys that do not involve the London Underground (Tube) will not be granted solely due to Tube strikes. If your booked itinerary consists exclusively of rail travel and does not include any Tube services, the disruption of Tube operations will not constitute grounds for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the status of the scheduled trains on your itinerary.

Overtime bans

It's important to note that the overtime ban isn't considered a full strike, and no DNT (Do Not Travel) messaging is in place. A refund will only be available if the train has been cancelled, and customers choose not to travel.

Refunds

If you are affected by industrial action and decide not to travel, you can always request an instant refund online by following our step-by-step guide which explains how to use our refund system.
